I have not come across ONE car dealership in Mumbai that has a clue.

Well it seems to be an male trait.
Some years ago when mainframe computers were in vogue I was asked by my boss to open, check, and repack a computer for a client. Now these computers were complex machines with dedicated workstations etc.. and I was barely 1 week old at work.
Anyway after I opened the boxes (with help), I took out the various compoents and connected them. It took all of 1 day to finally get the system working. At 5pm I proudly went back to my boss and told him that I had done what he had asked.
He looked at me incredously. Apparently I had missed a package that was included with the hardware - a set of manuals wrapped i shrink wrap and labelled
"READ THIS FIRST".
