I wil read it as safety. Nano is not a highway car and driving in city requires some basic safety of requirements and not ABS and Airbags. Tata has managed to provide the same.

How does this matter? Both would have signed different confedentiality aggerements with BOSCH...We do have same suppliers suppling the same parts to different auto makers (Of course the design will be different)
