Tanvir, throw some choicest punjabi abuses at them and threaten to write an email to RBI. once you get the issue sorted out write to the banking ombudsman on this and I am sure that bank would come to its senses and atleast reach a mutually satisfactory compromise with you.
Any new loan at this time will take about 10 days, I dont know about the Kotak Guys though.
