Not sure how DSA screwed up things. And This "policy" about Indica/Safari is as horrible as it gets.
In my case, HDFC took 4 days to give approval letter and then took 2 days ti disburse amount to dealer. Approval letter clearly specifies interest rate and duration. DSA should have filled up rates there it self.
