MASSs will think very very hard before inflating bills. Each MASS is required to have an updated list of all labour charges, and all parts carry an MRP. MIL is also swift to take action against any propagators of malpractice. |
Balljoints,driveshafts are not locally made.
Breakup for the suspension is something like,
Strut -Rs2500 x 4 = 10k
Springs - Rs3500 x 4 = 14k
EDIT:Rs3900 each
Lower arms - Rs6000 x 2 =12k
Ball joints - Rs600 x 2 = 1.2k
Trailing arm - Rs2000 x 2 = 4k
That alone is 30k,I dont know the prices of the other suspension components off hand.But it should come to about 40~45k.
OT: Since were talking about SGP and suspension,thought Id tell you guys that the GVs lower arms are 23k each!
