Well,what I've heard somewhere is for every 10 mins. of idling time ,the car consumes around 100ml of petrol ( 1/10th litre).
I don't know whether it is for with/without AC..it's just that I read these figures somewhere sometime ..can't recall,but I think it was in some auto magazine a 15-18 months back..
