Honda doesnt support the dealer if found guilty of any unethical practices done by them .but they do recommend an amicable settlement between the customer and the dealer if explanation given by the dealer is satisfactory and facts shown to R.0.
But as a customer ,you wouldnt be deprived of the right to seek information pertaining the delivered car.
Since you have intiated the legal action ,there is not much they will do as its legal issue hence forth.
