CBI is part of the system not outside the system. If anyone thinks otherwise please wakeup and see what is happening.
Unless there is strong witness protection programme, there is no use of such halfhearted measures.
CBI will not take in to account anonymous complaints even if they have substance. Complainant should give name and address. This itself defeats the purpose
