Major Scratches on the Windshield

dude forget the windshield expert just get it polished and buffed
this a special treatment just used for removing scratches.
my frnds driver ran the wipers on his car every now and then without any water which had lead to a lot of scratches. after the treatment thou the glass was almost as good as new BELIEVE ME
in fact for the first week or so he kept fooling us by saying that he and actually replaced it. it was that good.
and so far atleast no side-effects what so ever

This is great piece of info. Can you tell me where I can get my windshield polished and buffed? In Pune, and if not then in Mumbai.

I want to try this urgently.

Me called up Windshield Repair, Auto Glass and Auto Safety Glass Replacement Services Center India at Blore and Hyd But they said no solution

They are the scratches like the ones on old vinly records, due to the wiper being operated in a dry condition. Can u help me find solution. Becos of this I have to drive at 1/3 rd the normal speed at night. and cant see anything when a vehicle with hi beam approaches from the opposite.

Any rubbing compound available. Pls guide.
