Sunroof in Innova with 3 row A/C

Has anyone got a sunroof fitted in his/her Innova which has 3 row Airconditioning (Models G4 or V)? If yes, pl. send the contact details of the vendor. Vendors in BLR wud be preferred.

its not possible. youll have to reroute the ac vents and pipes etc.

Any cost indications? Is the G1 worth it cooling wise...? I believe its the same compressor but with only in-dash outlet.

sunroofs can cost anything between 15k to more than a lac. i wouldnt take the g1 over a g4 with the dual ac since you need the dual ac in the innova.

But Please elaborate the cooling performance G1 Vs G4?

Isnt the Compressor and Compressor Capacity CC same in G1 Vs G4?

Finally will the 15K Sunroof be good enf?

G4 will cool much much better then G1. Get a test drive and switch of rear AC and then switch on rear AC and see the difference for yourself.

No IMO, the minimum Sun roof which is worth is 40k fully automatic one. The manual slide is dodgy to say the least.

Get it fitted from the toyota showroom itself. It will give you a/c for the middle and the last row.

In case you get it done from outside. The warranty will go away.

They are offering some imported dual AC or a single row toyota genuine AC. You know about some 3 row ac as well that can be fitted?

Also for imported dual ac, it would be covered under dealer warranty and not toyota warranty.

Get the air-con fitted only from an authorised Toyota workshop. We recently got the double air-con fitted on a family Innova for 29,000 from Shinrai Toyota. Excellent job....looks and works like a factory fit.

I dunno but have been made to believe that the parts are OEM Toyota parts. I hope there isn't a confusion.....I only got the rear air-con fitted to an Innova which already had the regular air-con system. Have you been quoted 46K for the entire (front and back) air-cons or only the rear add-on to your Innova?

was your rear aircon the one like on the higher innova models or the one like you get on a safari i.e just above the front seats.
