LCD screens and how to conect?? - Team-BHP

Hi ,
I have a Creative Vision M (30Gb with video). I plan to connect it in my car and connect the A/V out to a LCD screen.
Firstly, what are my options for LCD screens?
How much do they cost?
How do i connect the a/v out of the vision M to a lcd screen?
I would appreciate all your suggestions.

Hello there,

There are many options available for your car as far as LCD screens are concerned.
Maybe others will guide you with regards to that, I've no idea about prices and models.

As far as how you connect - The video (yellow) out of the player will go to the monitor. The Stereo Audio (red/white) out will go to the aux in of the HU.

NecVox screens are available for less than 5K each.

5 inchs screen can go in the head rest. 7 inchs could be for the dash. and some provide for the roof in sizes of 8 , 10 , 12 , 14 inches.

cost will be in will be in range starting for 4.5k to max of 14k. note all these prices will be of necvox and other brand will be of any taiwan make.......

hey i had got a necvox for 7.5 k its 8 " . or 7.5 " roof top.

OT: Nice to see GunBIR and LBM on the same thread again. And in a nice note too.

I've got 6.2" Sony LCD screens in headrest of ALTO. They cost around 11k each. And it looks awesome too. Sony LCDs are not much crap like their HUs and Speakers.

Necvox these days are not much great in quality and still they're ok for an entry level install.

So adding screen+video i-pod will make my system a video based player???? I will certainly go for it sooner than later as i will be needing it for backseaters...
