get teh 5XXX series. Its almost similar to 6XXX series,but with 2 preouts.
With one preamp out, you would be stuck with less control.

Got another query guys.
Upon asking whether I can get JBL GTO937 speakers for the front door, the Vendor told me they are too high end speakers considering the speaker space Swift provides.
Just wanted to check with you guys over this. You guys agree to this? Which JBL model you feel should I go for in that case?

find a good installer who has mre experience / ask him what does he mean by it? Ask abt damping/ Ask abt tbhp/ threaten him with the name 'Sam'

So what is damping?

I looked at ICE Terminology thread and I saw one result stating

"The damping factor indicates the ability of an amplifier to resist a change in it's output signal."

I hope damping you are talking about is some other stuff any thoughts over the same would be appreciated.

man u r mixing two different types of damping

the one u have read is related to amp damping factor....

the second one is the vehicle damping ...as shown in the pics below....this damping make the car vibration to go away so that we can get a clean sound without any interferece....

rsjaurr, it must be Dynamat Extreme. Regular Dynamat is black. Extreme is silver. But Extreme has the Dynamat logo in a oval plastered all over it, normally. So this could be something else too. LBM? You can see pics at www.dynamat.com.

the 637 are ideal for a swift. my father in law has 2 pairs (one for each door).
