Default URGENT: 1202D or 306 DVC

As the title say:

Which one to go for:
JBL 1202D or Poi 306 DVC ?

Requirements:
Clean bass only.. not too much boom..

If you not looking for Boom then both are not the choice
The JBL 1000 Watt SVC sub is a much better choice.

Among the two you specified, the JBL Of course should be the choice.

I'd back the JBL 1202D. Much tighter and cleaner bass, and wayyyy more definition than the Pio.

abhibh, in a good sealed box the JBL would offer better definition than the Pio but the JBL is also a bit more expensive.

As opposed to the 1202D I would suggest the GTO1264, this is a 60th anniversary Limited edition product. 4 ohms, SVC. Rs. 5990/-. (if this is your budget)

Comes with protector grilles as well.

If your budget is around 8K for the sub, then go for CS1204B. It is quite good.
