2 din in a zen? - Team-BHP

Hey there people,
I had a few queries...i have a kenwood dpx701 2 din HU which i got from the US..i plan to put it in a zen(2000)..first thing i want to know is:
1. Will i have to get a custom enclosure made? How much does it cost? I also have a portable 7 inch DVD player which has a car adaptor..would it be possible to make a enclosure which can mount the HU as well as the DVD player? I plan to get it put in the empty space which is in front of the gear knob...under the front console...
2. The specs of the DPX701 say that it provides 50W rms to each speaker..do i still need an amp if i want to put in 4 JBL GPO 637s? Will they fit in the zen? If i want to install a JBL subwoofer tube(10inch) would i still need an amp...even with the 200W of power that i have?
