BTW can a bigger box harm the woofer in anyway sorry for asking this
( i have no knowledge about it)

no and yes it depends on which size you are refereeing to plus the amount of power you are going to give it.

if the size like the above one then there is no problem but if the size is like double the above then the woofer will feel that it is in a free air application which is very hard for the woofer.

i need to know will the stuff handle all the bass from it

Ok people, sorry for so late reply as i was not in the town.....Neways I read what suggestion's u people gave and and iam thankful to u..And Bass_Maker, the amp is original as it is the old one, not the new one which is low in power and produces hissing noise too...The difference between old one and new one is of fuse unit which it uses...Mine is with the unit so it works well....But people tell me one thing, Where to install these three amps??? I cant buy new stuff now so temme how to adjust all this.....Now i can just make a new box thats it.So kindly help me accordingly plz.

how have you wired the stuff right now...which amp is running which speaker.

Well for now my speakers are running on Sony 222,and one amp each for subs and BTW I spoke to car experts regarding the things which you people told me and they checked out my box also, but everything is absolutely fine as there is division by wooden boards between the speakers and the subs too....SO there is no distortion issue of voice and even i checked it also by just connecting everything one by one. If you people still have a doubt then plz firstly visit me, listen to the sound and then lemme know whether things are fixed good or not.One issue is right that I need to change my amps for subs as I have planned to get 2 mono Amps (Same) for my subs, so that the output to each sub remains same as.Right now my one amp is 1000 watt and one is 1200 and that also of different companies so the output to both subs is different otherwise the sound coming is good and no distortion or voice hampering is coming.....CHeers to all

sir where do you live in delhi and if you make it to the next team-bhp meet so that we can discuss what is wrong there in your setup. till you have not heard any thing better you cannot tell which is better.
