Default Icing Zen Estilo

Hi everyone

I have booked a blue Zen Estilo on 5th of Nov. I am worried abt ICE as i am in college, i need a good ICE. Problem is that the space for speakers is less and there is no parcel tray.

I cant even get an aftermarket parcel tray because i will convert it to CNG sooner or later.

1 : I want to fix 6x9' speaker on all 4 doors. Any options??

2 : Subwoofer on dashboard. below d a/c vent.?? or any other place?

3 : Space for amp?

Plz guys help me out !

What does that statement in bold mean? You want boomy sound-on and show-off ICE eh?

1 Why would you want to do that?

Get a pair of 6X9s for the rear if you don't have space for a sub. A parcel tray can be accommodated even if there is a CNG tank AFAIK.

2. In one of Anwar's installations, the sub was very smartly fit in the front. You can find it here. (Another beautiful setup by Anwar)

However, I doubt whether something like that can be done by every installer. Oh yeah, that'll cost you quite a bit, remember.

There was another thread demonstrating a sub installed in the spare wheel slot. You can search for that too.

3. You can comfortably fit the amplifier under the front seat (any) should you have problems fitting it in the boot.

And your budget?

Zen estillo comes with a provision of speakers on all the four doors.
Why don't you go for a component speakers in the front and a coaxial pair for rear doors.
Ampifier can go below the front seat (either side).

I feel that installing 6x9 alongwith a sub will give you lots of boom.

By the way, how much is your budget ?

I also have a zen estilo (petrol), so no problem in placing the sub in dikki. for more details you can refer to the thread posted by me.

http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/sound-...blueraven.html (ICE setup in my Estilo - Kudos to blueraven)

You can also contact Satya AKA blueraven316(on team-bhp) for installation

sorry

my budget is 20k. no change. i need a sub just for the boom. I usually hear hiphop, hard rock, metal. dikki is to be occupied with CNG bottle. So ... the basic problem is space. I want boomy and loud ICE...

you really need to contact a good installer in your area. I dont have any idea about the installers in Gujarat, please wait for the "gurus" reply and then go ahead.

Let me get it straight, you want a LPG cylinder kit, a blau Bass tube, a parcel tray and 6x9 in the rear of your car???? Oh My God, i dont think it is possible.

Please quantify the budget.

Zen estilo has provision of 6.5" speakers on all the four doors. So utilise that and go for component speakers for the front and coaxials for the rear.

You can go for an amplfier if you want a quality sound.
Sub depends upon your love for loudness and bass.....

The sarcasm was directed towards the first pic in that thread. (Box over the CNG tank).

The Sub-install under the CNG tank was a good install. Ok, except for the finishing.

Oho, the CNG tank doesnt rest on the sub in any way. The Tank rests on a welded frame that rests on the boot floor. The sub sits several inches below in the wheel well, with two wooden spacers on the sides to ensure it doesnt move around. The System had a Alpine 545 4ch amp and it sounded very nice, way above average.

and where is the spare wheel?? on hood??

Well before i continue... i would like to tell everyone that am the official retrofitter of shrimankar bedini CNG kits in my city. We have converted 200+ cars to cng and 500+ autos to cng. So this work is not verymuch pleasing before everyone accepts it. prevention is better than cure. hope everyone understood this.

If you really want to install it then compare it with normal install instead of trying to satisfy yourself that the sound is above AVERAGE. have a glance of sound waves reflecting here and there in tat small dikky and in addition u cant even carry a spare wheel in there. I have an option for tubes and subs for hatches with CNG. Have a small tank. this will leave u with more space.

i am planning to make a fiberglass frame sheet which can cover the tank and create grooves for subs and speakers.

The bottle wont be visible and you can have cool sound. What say guys?
