WHat is your budget ?

What kind of Songs do you listen to?

I would siuggest following setup:

4" Co-axial speakers from JBL or similar

6X9 rear speakers again from JBL or similar depending on your budget.

Let us know your budget because that will help us suggest you some models in speakers

Btw do You have 2007 Zen or 2003 Zen ??

If you can afford around 4K, then go for JBL GTO 507C components.
You'll have a cross over + tweeter+ 5" speakers. But you need to put a spacer ring in the doors speakers magent will touch the body panel.

Having components without an amp is not a great idea unless Jitendera has a step by step ICE upgrade plan in future.

I dont agree, Having comps even without an amp is better than having coax speakers. They do just fine if you are not listening too loud

I think Zen accommodates only 4 inchers in the front. With 4" components, Illusion 4.1 Electra would be a good choice.

4" components made by Illusion Audio. They are one of the best in the 4" category if you're looking for components.

if you really like music, it would be worthwhile modding your door panel to accomodate a good 6.5" component set. while i'm not aware of electra 4.1 specs, most 4 inchers do not rate more than 30-35w RMS and do not deserve an amp. at 6.5" you'd get at least 55w RMS and also be able to choose from a host of other brands like JBL, Hertz, Alpine, Sony, Boston Acoustics, Polk including Electra 6.1 as well.

for a hi-power CD-MP3 Head Unit, a component set delivers better results than co-axials anyday even without an amp, which can always be added later.

i) you are in mumbai => you have access to good installers
ii) 4 inch wnt tickle anything => get a compo
iii) 6'25" are better. You will love us all more coz we advised to get it.
