not getting good bass effect

For people having trouble with their system:

1. Your car:indiaca xeta v2 with CNG

2. Your current setup (Please mention details with model numbers if possible):
head unit:sony cdx-gt350s
front speakers:sony 4" in deshboard
rear :sony xs-gt6938x fitted in the parcel tray with plywood



3. Description of the problem: my problem is that i am not getting good bass effect in my car at the volume of around 10 to 15 as compare to other indica. please give me the solution

reverse the positive and negative wires of only one rear speaker and see.

Sony Head units have a problem with the bass unless the LOUD option in Sound settings is turned on.
I had a similiar setup with the same shortcoming.

Options:
1. Trying interchanging the +ve and -ve terminals of the 6X9 speakers.
2. Turn on the LOUD option of your head unit sound settings
3. Set the equalizer low frequency to higher setting. Can try the "Xplod" or "Club" setting
4. Dude after this if you are not satified, should opt for a 4 channel amp and a sub-woofer. Go for a 10" Sub, as that can be easily fitted on the rear tray. Else for a higher diameter sub, you would need a sealed box.

I agree with the 'phase' solution. However, about point #3, I think a manual setting would be better. And #4, I would suggest better speakers first.
