you have a 5K budget for the sub? a custom box alone will cost you about 1.5K. that does not leave much for teh subwoofer itself. The only sub I can think of that will fit this budget is the Pio 10",

I am not planning to fit it under the seat. Will place it in the Boot and switch it between the boot and in between the front two seats.

Then I think a normal sub in a fair size enclosure will do.

Very True Akshay. By the way I started planning FFE as well it will be similar to what Mr. Bangalore did last year except I don't want that sound and it will be Silent FFE work.

2008 I have lot of things lined up for my Innova:

Best ICE: Pioneer DVD, screen with good component speakers:40k budget
Tyre upgrade and alloys: 50k budget
FFE with Silent Sound: budget around 10k
Polioyon Treatment to make already shining car look more glossy would cost aprox. 3k.

Total Budget: 1 lac.

Ravi, these guys are capable of making you spend all the 1Lac on just speakers. I suggest you look at Illusion LM or Electra compos, they are quite good.

BTW guys how is the new amp 100.4? How does it compare to the 75.4?
