ICE for my Esteem - Page 2 - Team-BHP

Finally after the long delay (6 months infact

) I have finally started icing my esteem, had gone to Driven, East of Kailash, New Delhi for the same.

I have got the following HU
JVC-KD7404 (as there is no product info available as of now I will post the pic from the catalogue, will post the live pics later)

I also got the front components (JBL GTO 607C) installed.

Door Panel - Plastic (Before)

Door Panel - Plastic (After)

Door Panel - Metal (Before)

Door Panel - Metal (After)

The Tweeter (Front)

The Tweeter (Back)

Extra MDF, to be screwed on the plastic door plan to give the speakers more depth

Dampner - Layer 1

Dampner - Layer 2

Finally

Prices (without bill)
JVC KD-DV7404 - 11000
JBL GTO 607C - 4200
Dampning (both doors) - 2.5 Mtrs (27 sq ft) - 4000 (150/sq ft)

Next in list is the Amp and the rear speakers.

Also to my great luck got to meet Gunbir Sir and Autophile (JB)

definitely a good install. It was a little bit more complicated in my VX because of the PW/CL console & the pockets in the panel. Enjoy the music now.

The same case with me, I removed the pockets and had to adjust it for the power windows motor. got the idea from here http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/589183-post18.html (Esteem ICEd...Work begins..)

Hi, I have recently installed a new ICE in my old esteem too, i am in Vasant Kunj too and i got it all done from Elegant, Lajpat Nagar. It is a good place to get it all done. They sell genuine Pios and JBLs. You can search for my post to see what all i got installed for 23k.

My bad, saw it later that you have already installed. That sounds cool.

Gunbir sir, i also want to upgrade my WagonR and as suggested here - looking for front 4 inches illusion compos and would need to replace rear tray and rears (currently blaus) if needed. Do you have the illusions?

Cool, i have done that and got that LBM can help with the same in Delhi. So, Gunbir sir you own Driven in EOK? I can procure the speakers from LBM and then you can do the install?
