Actually your equipment is pretty decent except for that boschmann rubbish.

So take the front and rear out RCA's and wire them to the GT4 4 channel amplifier. For the rear channel put the LPF on (about about 80Hz) and bridge the rear channel to the Bass tube.
From the front channel put the HPF on at about 80Hz and connect the front speakers in stereo. (What car do you have, what is the size of the front speaker?)

Finally connect the rear speakers to the head unit rear speaker out.

Remember to keep the gains of the amplifier at 50% or below. Good luck

I think that you should get rid of your front speakers and get a pair of component speakers from Blaupunkt or JBL (since I figure that both brands are available where you are)

Hey Sam , why do we need to keep the gain < 50% ?? Mine is set at one notch below the max.

My amp is sony XM-552ZR in bridged mode powering sony 300W rms , 4ohm sub.

Sam, the 4950 has 3 pre-outs. So he could wire the sub-out to the rear input of the amp and bridge the output to the sub.

Front and rear speaker connections remaining as you mentioned.
