To all of the above at one go you'd have to up your budget.

An HU with a 7" screen will itself cost 15K+ and installing a 3rd party LCD screen in the dash would bean butchering your dash, we would advise against this.

Why not use just a sound based reverse sensing system. You can get this for 2K and then spend 13K on the ICE.

HU: 5K
4 Speakers: 8K

Pioneer 4050 UB. Good VFM HU with USB. The only issue is the one-line display (which I am ok with).

I have almost finalised on the following Setup

HU:Pioneer 5090 UB
Front Speakers:JBL GTO 607c -- 2way Component Speakers
Rear Speakers:JBL GTO 637 --3 way Coaxial Speakers

Kindly suggest if any changes are required in the setup, as i dont have much knowledge abt speakers and all I dont want to install speakers onto the parcel tray.

Do Swift req MDF Damping Rings ? Dealer told me that MDF Rings comes as std on swift.

I mount it at bumper level because that is where the blind spot is.

IMHO option 1 is better, as you will get the image from the top and it is secured aswell.

The best place to plant a 7" LCD in swift is below the AC controls where the pocket is (however you have to sacrifice the pocket)

Hi Yayaati,

Thanks! for the Location of LCD monitor, i was also thinking of installing at similar place. I think a slight tilt(5-10 deg) is req for better viewing. what u say?
I will visit Showroom tomorrow and will c if it is convinent to view from drivers prospective.
