Default Alternator noise in AUX-IN in deh-p8650

i am having this problem while i am using my car pc in AUX-IN fro my pioneer p8605 stereo.
even when the wires from the AUX in are removed form the car-pc setup i can still hear it. it gets louder with the volume level increased.
this is very annoying.

tried noise filter but dint worked as its being created on AUX in Piont.

i am using all 3 RCA cable outs ( front, rear and sub) .
earlier i had this problem in front channel, but was solved by in-line noice filter. (used between RCA out from stereo and RCA in on amp)
please help !!

EDIT : tried grounding as well on the AUX-IN but dint helped :(
