Need to Upgrade OEM music system of my Hyundai Elantra. What to choose?

hi,
i have OE music system installed in my Hyundai Elantra CRDI, its of Nippon Kenwood make with genuine 4 speakers, 2 in front doors and 2 in rear. recently i opted to install a woofer and an amplifier. My known dealer cheated me and lured me to go for assembled one for his own profits. me not knowing much about it, relied on him and cheated. He installed original Pioneer woofer i guess 4050 model or something like tht and a local amplifier.
Now i need to change it as i love loud music. I was thinking to opt for Pioneer 6050 UB stereo but read some problems coming to members here like song struck and restarting it again. I have to install Stereo, rear speaker set, Amp and stereo wiring kit which covers amp,speakers and woofer.
My friend took me to his accessory dealer and he suggested me to opt for these:
1. Stereo : Pioneer 6050 UB (12000 INR with company BILL and 2 years warranty) or Sony VX55 (9200 INR with company BILL and 2 years warranty)
2. Speakers : Pioneer 932 (2600 INR) / JBL (2800 INR)
3. Amplifier : Sony (4300 INR) / Kenwood (5800 INR) / Blaupunkt (5500 INR)
4. Wiring kit : (1500 INR)
5. Dicky insulation kit : to reduce Dicky vibrations during Bass (3500 INR)
My budget is 25k and i dont want to be cheated now so i preferred to post my querry here to get some good advice.

I would suggest you go for something like the following setup-
HU-pio 5050/Kenwood 6539-8.5k
Front Speakers-illusion/JBl components-6-7k
Amp-Blau Gta 4 MKII-6-6.5k
Scosche Amp Kit+Rca -2.5k
Damping if reqired-2-2.5k
Keep the rear speakers stock and drive them from the HU.Use the amp to drive the front speakers and bridge the rear channel to drive the sub.

The pio 6050 rates quoted are pretty expensive i believe

I would suggest you

HU - Pio 5050 -8k approx
Front Components - Jbl 608c ( 4-5k)
Kenwood 8401 Amp - around 5-6k

Wiring + Damping extra.

The Pio 6050 quote is definitely high. The pio Hus are anytime better options than the Sony ones.
In fact, I suggest stay away from the Sony Speakers and amps also.
The Kenwood or the Pio amps are good ones.

Get a Pio HU ( 5050 ) Rs. 7500-8000
A JBL Four channel amp (GTO1004) Rs.11000 without B&W
Illusion Electra 6.1 Front component Speakers ( Rs. 6500)

Keep the rear speakers stock and drive them from the HU.Use the amp to drive the front speakers and bridge the rear channel to drive the sub.

Have these fitted and after that if you feel disturbing Trunk vibrations go for Damping ( Rs. 3000 approx should be good for the front two doors and trunk)

Alittle over budget, but definitely a very good combination.

I think by 6050 ub you are referring to the double din model. If I remember right, the elantra has a stock double din HU, so it would make sense to look for a double din HU again. There are some good options in JVC and Pioneer that I have seen. Would suggest you have a look at the models online before deciding.

thanks for so much choices guys but i am a bit confused not in JVC or Pioneer? which one will be the best deal?
also i read in the forums that some guys bought pioneer 6050 for 8500 - 9500 range. is that from grey market or with bill and warranty?
