Car Audio Advice from the Audio Gurus: Use "Search thread" before posting a new Q!

Looking for implementation advice from the Gurus here.

Current set-up :

Front- Blau VC 172 Components &
Rear Tray( MDF ) - Blau OD 693 3way Co-axials


Need to install the following :

1. Blau OD series 10inch Sub.
2. A 2chn Blau amp to drive the sub.
4. A set of 1inch Blau tweeters.
3. A 4chn Blau amp is being considered to drive the Front components, rear co-axials & the tweerers ( to be slotted in an appropriate position )

To avoid running the RCA cables twice, can I use the aux out from the 4chn as input into the 2chn. Is this possible to do.?

I plan to have the 10inch sub slotted into the mdf tray itself. Had planned it such, with an extra layer of mdf ply whilst picking it up in the first place itself. I also plan to use damping material on the MDF tray in this process to entire the required tihtness. Trust that should only add to the effeciency.

Please advice on the best possible options i have to run this unit and the technical Do's & Dont's.

Facing a weird Issue: From past few days When I swicth to radio I get more sound from the left channel than the right channel, this does not happen always but happens most of the times & is not observed while playing CDs

Could this be a reception problem? I check the stereo reception symbol on HU & it was on.

I have JBL 937 at the rear and 637 in the front doors of the Baleno, fed by a JBL 4 ch amp. Soon after installing I noticed an unpleasant resonant buzz when certain guitar music is played e.g, Concierto de Aranjuez by Jim Hall. If it is solo guitar, classical style, both front speakers give an occasional buzz and do not cleanly reproduce the guitar. This happens when volume is tending to be loud. If soft, it's okay, and the rears are fine at all times. On rock music it's not noticeable because the other instruments drown it out.
Took it back to the installer, unfortunately could not stay to see what he did, he sent it back, saying that a drop of water must have got on my cones or something like that. He says he used a cone spray, and the sound went away. The sound is till there. I think he is bullsh****** me.
Any suggestions Gurus?

Is it the door metal that requires damping?
There are no loose screws (checked by installer), and no loose plastic, etc.

heard that the jbl 75.4 has got discontinued , so whats next coming from jbl's plate from the gto series 4 channel amp.
i got to amplifly my 937 and 607 components in the fronts, of my new honda city..

please see i'm pretty used to my harmon kardon type home theatre system sound.. so please suggest me some nice amps under 10k.

My plan is to go for basic setup(simple ekdum simple) for now in my Stile 1.6 and then build the ICE on basis of this basic set up(Hu and speakers only).
Now am confused what should I have as a base, I mean should i get a better HU and built the system around it or get better speakers first?
I have around 10 to 12k to spend or play around with. HU i have in mind is "Balu Hamburg". Only thing I managed to understand is that basic componets found in ICE are HU(Tape, CD, DVD-with screen), Speakers( of different kinds) and amplifier and nothing more than that.

you can check out my setup. costed me 13.5k with b & w before i added the amp. the amp is a bit wasted on this setup and it sounded pretty good even without it. everyone who sits in my car is pretty impressed that these speakers though so cheap sound quite good. it is lacking in bass/thump for many ppl though but for me its good enough.

Could you please give me the price for each of these?
I wanted to go for Hamburg for the Bluetooth feature for attending calls and stuff. I have a K790i so if possible will use streaming via Blutooth I dont have any Ipod or Mp3 player to plug in and i dont think phone's data cable will work with any of the HU.

When it happens, does it happen with all stations ? And at that time, can you check if this happens on another system also ?

LOL.

You can get a HU and a pair of components for 12k. Your choice of HU seems fine, do try to have a look at Pio HUs before finalizing.
