JK....the thread was started with an intention to have some GUD opinions abt a SPL system with under 50K budget. LBM gave me good suggestions....whenever i will buy i will buy only 1 sub and 1 amp. it was NOT started abt hooking amp to subs!
i think u r only going off-topic bro! no offences meant.

You can wire the following in one amp one woofer / coil combination :

One Mono Amp to One Subwoofer
Two Mono Amps to One DVC Subwoofer (one on each coil)
Four Mono Amps to One QVC Subwoofer (one on each coil)

LBM you cannot wire three amplifiers to one subwoofer until some company makes a special TVC (Triple Voice Coil) Subwoofer for you

There are some amplifier designs like Audison VRx which are strappable, bridging output of two mono amplifiers to use on one or more driver.

A SPL System based on Audison VRx can go upto 32000 Watts RMS with 16 amplifiers and with special SPL tuning kit it goes upto 38400 Watts where all 16 amplifiers are running on 18 Volts. And you can run 4, 8, 16, 32 subwoofers depending upon the specification.

You can afford 2 subs in a 50K budget. It will give decent SPL and some mids and hf as well. Assuming you have a HU only..
6.5" comps: 6K
6x9" coax: 4.5K
2 1200B: 18K
2 Pio 6100: 14K (one drives the subs and the other drives the front and rear)
wires and install: 5K
-----------------
6+4.5+18+14+5 = 51.5K

If you have all the speakers and only need Bass SPL to add to an existing good setup...and want to spend 50K on the jsut the bass.

Amp: Alpine 1005: 20K
Sub: 15-18" Herrtz sub: approx 20-24K
good bass relfex box for the above sub: 3-4K
wires and install: 3K
--------------------
Good bass system: 46-51K.
hearling loss: free
for everything else there is American Express.

I DID NOT SAID that I want to wire 3 amp to one woofer . The people who doesnt understand english wants to wire 1 woofer to 3 amps. And I have never heard of TVC . Man where did u made this term from.

If you could understand the sentence I wrote it means TVC subwoofers do not exist

okay here is what i have in my swift can you guys tell me if its a spl sq or sql?

here goes
front jbl gto 607c components
rear jbl gto 937 6*9 coaxials
pioneer ts-w307d2 dvc sub only one sub

then here goes the amps
its jbl gto 75.4 4 channel connected to the front and the rear speakers
and jbl gto 301.1 mono amp with two channels connected at 2ohms to each coil of the sub seperately!

fianlly the HU is 6950 pioneer!

no please classify the above setup in the appropriate category!

for got to add the prices, i dont exactly remember them perfectly as i had sourced them through grey

components 4800
coaxials 3400 and tray 1100
subwoofer 4500 and box 2000
the 4 ch amp9000
the mono 8500
HU 7500
cables and wiring were monsters and 4 guage wiring!
the cost was 5500
and finally 1000 for installation!

so the total cost if installation was 47300 INR!
