Unhappy pioneer in-dash 7550 dvd

hi,
just fitted pioneer in-dash 7550 dvd player,but there some problem in player.the volume of the player neither increas nor decreas on 12.it's remain constant on 12.please help me.

dont know about pioneers but this might be a bad chip. speak to your dealer/installer.

This is one of many different problems seen recently with these units. and NO warranty. Return to supplier...

somebody suggest me jvc 7008 in dash dvd ,hoe is jvc compare to pioneer.i am puttind canton 3 way component and jbl 4ch amp.

which canton 3 way. the one with the 8" woofer? which car. where are you using the canton front or rear.

yes,it with the 8"woffer,which you have seen in my shop.i am putting in skoda at back side.

CAn you post the link of that . I saw a Pio DVD HU ( some 6XXX series). The guy quoted 16k for it. Any idea about these stuff?

good idea. the 8" will help with the bass too. the mid and tweeter will go in stock locations right? just what I would have done if I did not have a good mid and tweeter already.
