Instead of the higher end Pio HUs get a good 4 ch. amp for about 7K along with the components you have chosen.

I would not recommend Sunfilm on the windshield.

Which subs are you planning to put ? And 180 watts for the subs is quite less.

LBM, he mentioned JBL 1204D!

No, @maverick, it will not damage the sub. The sound produced by this combination will not wake up the neighborhood, though.

If thats a 4+4 ohms DVC sub, how will he run it on the 4ch amp? In case he is planning to run one coil off one bridged pair the the other coil off the other, he will have to ensure the gains are perfectly matched, else he will end up damaging the sub.

i dnt want too much boom boom outside .
I got this sub 2yrs back for 4k(with b/w)
so thought spending 10k+ on Amp will not be a wise idea dats why i was going for 8401.

You can go for JBL or pioneer MONO`s if available in grey.

the total I see is about 23K if you get the cheaper Pio HU and no sun film on the windshield. If your budget is 15K I suggest you get a less expensive HU (for about 7K) and spend less on speakers (say 9K for 2 pairs). You can add an amp and sub later.

As far as prices are concerned, I struggle to remember my wife's birthday and our anniversary; no way i'll be able to tell if those prices are correct with any degree of accuracy. :-)

Any ICE setup, if it satisfies the listener, then it's worth it. Be it a 5k one or 5l one.
Your setup looks fine to me.

You have to get in touch with Blueraven316 on the forum. He has a car accessories shop in Bangalore named EVO. Does very good installs for very reasonable prices. Send a PM to him for more details.
