6539 with B&W you can get for something around 9k or little less after discount.

BTW, I've have a question, what is the difference between the X series and this normal series? Basically between X7009 and 6539 ?

X stands for Excelon series from kenwood. Better DAC, Features etc from regular series.

So if I compare the Kenwood X7009 with Alpine 9886 then what difference can we see in terms SQ ?
Also I actually have found the jog dial kind of buttons in the Kenwood (6539) to be bit difficult to use. How is with X7009?

haven't used 9886 so can't compare or comment on it, i am pretty much comfortable with the jog dial thing, i fell its better to have this dial to search the track or select songs.
