The rates that abhi listed for pioneer models are for without bill and warranty, when i last checked rates with driven for rsII it was for 23k.

My suggestion go with RSII.

What exactly is the difference between the RS and the RSII.
I am unable to find a good discussion with a final conclusion in it.

Also how much is the Ipod cable for the RSII

Which is the best head unit to go for under 10k guys b/w Clarion, Alpine & Kenwood. Preference is decent SQ, 3 RAC preout & remote. Is the Kenwood 6539 available in Bangalore?

There is no thing like best it all depends on one personal choice, If you can find 6539 nothing like it search with the local dealer may be you can find one.

If you can get Kenwood 6539, go for it.

If you have a source in the US, nothing beats the Clarion DXZ785USB at a price point of $160.

I would stay away from Pioneer due to the overhyped bling and brightness.

Does the Kenwood 6539 and Clarion 785 have TA ? IF not which would be a decent hu to invest in for now? Budget about 15-17k max, as i mentioned before i want it to feature 3 RAC preout & TA.

Kenwood 6539 does not have TA. Clarion has it.
If you have somebody coming down from the US, the Clarion is the best bet.

Also, Kenwood 6539 has been discontinued.

Guys mostly taking a plunge and ordering the Clarion 785 online as none of my people are coming down from the US. Can anyone guide me to the best price where i can get it now.. i.e. Amazon, sonic electronics? Searched in Amazon but got only a 221$ price link. People who have purchased the 785 from online direct shipment to India please help me out as i am planning an HU upgrade for my car.
