Tee hee, I love the way he freaks out his victims. Thought I should start a collection of my own: Tanveer and Manveet wasn't such a bad start, I must say.

Tanveer/ Manveet: I cant imagine you were taking that seriously. Especially knowing me, and the retard I can very willingly be at times. Think about it guys, I actually get published now and then.

I didn't take you seriously when you insisted. Thats why I never responded - Tanveer did. And LBM vehemently agreed. And If I understand LBM correctly, he must be TOTALLY foxed and busy googling the REAL difference between Veteran and Veterinarian.

p.s.
My reasoning was simple - A guy who knows that Rolex is NOT the best watch obviously knows a Veteran from a Veterinarian.

Seriously writing (I cannot speaker here like manveet can) I did not bother to check what Tanveer had posted...as I don't need to know about the same...so where do I come in here...to see who is a animal (veterinarian) or Human (Veteran) here...

that is an excellent idea. if you are getting a chance NOW to get rid of teh 444 do so ASAP. Then you can get the 75.4.

BTW guys I was comparing the 300.1 + 444 vs a 75.4 (same cost - 10K) not the 300.1 to the 75.4.

Actually Navin ji, a few people have also recommended Pioneer/Kenwood Amps that come in the region of 6-7k. Any inputs on that?

I have heard the Pio 6100 and the Sony 554 in exactly the same setup. I have heard the JBL 75.4 in amost the same setup as these 2 but the car was different and the HU was a bigher model (but same brand). The JBL 75.4 is a brute of an amp (compared to these 2 amps) but seriosuly it is also twice as expensive. You usually get what you pay for (except when you buy Bose, but that is a topic for another forum).

Iíd just like to inform you that the 75.4 is still not in stock in most cities.

However there is a new amplifier, similar in power to the 75.4, IFFF you can get it.

The GTO4060 , 60th anniversary limited edition was released yesterday for India. Already on itís way to some cities. Itís strictly Ltd. ed. So smaller cities may not see it at all. This does not replace any existing amplifier, itís a 60th anniversary thing.

Iíve tested it a few months ago and found it to be WAY more powerful than the CS60.4 and sufficient to drive a 12Ē woofer, very well, unlike the 60.4 that can tend to run a little breathless with a sub in a sealed box. It has everything expected of a good 4/3/2 amp, electronic crossover wise.

I posted this here, simply as it may be a very viable option to people waiting for the 75.4. I repeat, IF you get it.

Itís price is 10,990/- including all taxes. Already reports have begun to float in about dealers in mumbai trying to charge more than this amount (Sir, limited edition hai), so pls be careful.

Size wise itís pretty big. And itís a GTO.

Good luck.
