Please don't make fun of our low_bhains_makker.

While it's obvious that he has the loudest bass on TBHP, I agree, he does not listen to it at ear-splitting levels. He's mad, but not that mad. No, he merely uses the high SPL on occasions, for a short while and mostly to shock other human beings and cattle.

i have been listening to lbms set up these days a lot.as far as sq is concerned those monsters STEG and IRIDIUMS does the job immaculately.
the kind of music which lbm's listen to do have some bass in it,hence he often 'SWITCHES' to spl mode.after all he is our ULTRA_LOW_BASS_MAKKER.

LBM's setup is a mixture of SPL & SQ......
When he's driving around its mostly in SQ at controlled levels & in that mode the Iridiums create a fantastic sound stage...
While showing off its mostly SPL at ear splitting levels with Child Lock ON

BTW LBM i like the Handling of your car (with fat 17" tyres) than the ICE.....

LBM, I would love to hear your setup in SQ mode sometime. Let me assure you of one thing though, If your system truly sounds spectacular, I will be the first to congratulate you. No competition required.
