5x7s are available in the HiEnergy series. HSK570 (components) and HCX570 (coaxials), if I'm not mistaken.

Dunno About the prices, though. Should be 14Kish and 11/12Kish, I guess.

The Hi-Energy HCX 570 co-axial's are about 10 K. slightly under.
The Hi-Energy HSK130.3 is a 5.25 inch component set and goes for under 15K.
