once i had the Magent touching the Car and never worked.

Dear friends

Thanks a lot to all of you for helping me find a solution to this problem. it turned out that the installer had some new boy who did the wiring and did not put a sleeve in the door wiring thus resulting in the shorting.

it was rectified and now i am enjoying the music from my JBL's in bliss.

thanks a lot once again and this is one of the reasons that tbhp will always remain my guide for problems pertaining to ice.
