No guys, your discussion is not completely OT because the TS said he had done some audition of these brands before he settled for Bull. But is Bull available in Bengalooru? Does our blueraven stock it?

now i am totally nuts some one please clear the confusion and now can some one pen down every thing clearly?

and we here are primarily comparing the JBL GTi Vs Illusion CARBON series right?????
the top of the line range from both the car audio brands?

now here lets only compare and discuss only the above mentioned series of the respective audio brands, just like the title suggests, that should keep the confusion at bay.

navinji if you guys are going to do that please change the title to "Illusion Carbon series Subs Vs JBL GTi series Subs".

There is nothing to get confused about;

The GTi is the Top of the Line SPL sub from JBL
The Carbon is the Top if the Line SQ sub from IA

Both have very very different magnet structures - voice coils - cooling / venting mechanism etc. etc.

They are both made for very different applications.

1 is a Chevy Camaro [JBL]
& the other is a Lotus Esprit [Illusion]

Simple.

Could we compare the Sub from Bull Audio with the JBL GTi & or the Illusion Carbon ?

Toyota Camry / Skoda Superb / Honda City ?
Possible ?

JBL / IA / BA [respectively]

Thank you sir;
However, my knowledge on speakers is 'limited' & that in cars is even 'more limited' !

All said, I still have not understood why there is such confusion here on these 3 sub woofers. They are so so different in ever aspect, I cannot find anything in common between them [except that they all are used to reproduce audio frequencies below 100 hertz] !!!!
Different -
Applications
Structures
Cost
etc.
