They come with the Pioneer head unit. An accessory store could have a spare set.
Wouldn't pincers do? The kind used by cobblers?
If it doesn't have to be very strong , buy a thick 20-40rs stainless steel eating fork and shave off the middle one/two forks. If strength is needed , you get small gardening shovels with the same design. All you have to probably do is shorten the actual length of the fork.
Immediate DIY for removing the plastic clips will be a 1rupee coin . maybe you can bend it in the middle a bit to get the leverage in tight places.
Im using "nail-removing" pincers right now but its a slow process and damages the clips a bit.
Now its okay if i damage a few of them on the carpet etc. but not on the visible parts of the car like the roof, panels etc.

There are some hammers that have a similar head - again for taking out nails. But the gap might be too narrow. Will look out for this tool when I go to our Chandni market next - it's a kind of wholesale market for hardware items. You get virtually everything there.
If you have the skills any tool which can fit that slot can do the job ;) A sleek strong screwdriver with a chisel head will be fine for this,HU opening lock -pins are available at any accessories shoppe
