SQ as well as feels like why not use the doors provision of spekers instead of having heavy MDF at rear parcel trey, what do you think about DVC subs?

A dual voice coil sub is neither better, nor worse than a single voice coil subwoofer with regards to performance.

However, by splitting a coil in half and offering 2 electrically independent coils, it offers great flexibility in terms of impedance matching.
For example you can use a medium powered 4 channel amplifier to drive a single DVC subwoofer by bridging the front and the rear channels.

Commonly available impedances are 2X2ohms, 2X4ohms and 2X8ohms.

As i said i have GTO 301.1 and wants to use its full potential at 2 ohms may be a 250-300 RMS DVC sub will be perfect rather then single coil which will be 250-300 W RMS @ 4 ohms and my amp puts hardly 225 W RMS @ 4 ohms.

In this case, just having a DVC is not enough. You need a 2X4ohm DVC which you intend to convert to a 2 ohm subwoofer by connecting the 2 coils in parallel.

By the way a 250rms 4 ohm SVC sub will work beautifully on the 301.1.

Did you notice this? 3.7k seems to be a very good price. We picked a pair of 938 for 4.2k today.
