Any benefit if I put components (instead of co-axials) in the rear on the parcel tray ?
Also what the diff between installing front components on the door and on the dash ?

Putting components in front and rear along with decent sub and amp which already had will detriote the SQ in my opinion. If you still need good rear fill, you may go for Ovals - Good balance of SQ and bass in sync.
