Default need your feedback on the setup i have shortlisted

Pranam guruji's,

my wagonr vxi is 3months old now, she's got a heart but no voice and i plan to give her that now...

my budget is 25k and this is what i have shorlisted.

1st the HU.
Blaupunkt Seattle MP57.

MP3/WMA playback from CD-R/RW
High-resolution colour display (TFT) with full graphics (to display such complex information as MP3 play lists)
Customization using Picture Upload (via CD)
Front Aux input for external music sources (e. g. MP3 players)
3-band equalizer
4-channel preamp out to control external amplifiers (front/rear)
Sub-out for subwoofer control (variable level/frequency)
4 x 45 Watts of max. power
Flip Release Panel
Pre-equipped for telephone/navigation voice output
iPod-ready: iPod connection with optional interface
Bluetooth-ready: MP3 audio streaming from Bluetooth cell phone to the car radio and an optional interface for hands-free telephone operation via the car radio system


ODx series.


Blaupunkt 2 channel amp.

I wanted a subwoofer but then i dont want to block my bootspace, this is the reason im going for the odx series speaker...because they are loud and clear....and the amp is not by choice but by need.....the odx series need an amp....

this whole package will cost me around 23k....

what the guru's have to say on this?
