For a 4 channel amp
JBL 1004 GTO is quite good.

Even
GZTA 4.120MK2 comes for somewhere around 10-11k.
( with bill and warranty that is )

JBL is available for almost 10k in Delhi without bill and warranty.

You could audition the Infinity 475A - 4 channels, 75W RMS x 4 Ohms. Really nice amp with good reviews. I am using one and am really happy with it. Much better IMHO than the JBL GT5A604 4 channel that I once had. But if I remember correctly the Infinity costs well over 10K and JBL just under.

Cheers!

Yups, couldnt remember the exact price but can recall it being well over 10K (mentioned in my post). I think it was about 16ish. But then you know how we ICE guys are....find it difficult to resist something we really like and this is one likeable amp.

The JBL 4 channel is about 8-10K

I got the Infinity 475A for around 12-13k with B&W about 2-3 months back. Its definitely a brilliant amp.

JBL 1004 is quite similar to JBL 75.4 , And comes for 9k in grey I it is a good amp quite powerful and when mated with a little neutral speakers sounds very good and give away excellent SQ.

AFAIK i saw this GTA480 for 9.5k with a bill and warranty from a Bosch Mico outlet. But there are not too many people using this amp, so not too many reviews. I would feel the specs are good, but judging by the sales, its quite apparent that the amp is not as good as the specs sound.

as ive said before, the 75.4 and the 1004 are the most VFM propositions for the price for someone who doesnt want to have 2 dedicated amps for the sub and the components.
raw power doing justice to the sub and components, and a good package overall to keep most happy.
