Series Connection
In a series connection you simply connect the positive terminal of COIL 1 to positive terminal of the amplifier. Then you connect the negative terminal of COIL 1 to the positive terminal of COIL 2. Then you connect the negative terminal of COIL 2 to the negative terminal of the amplifier. The total impedance will be 4 ohm in the case of the above mentioned sub.

+ve = red
-ve = black

wire both coils in series. connect the amp the the +ve of coil 1 and the -ve of coil 2. then connect the -ve of coil 1 to the +ve of coil 2.

There are many ways to wire a 2+2 Ohms dvc sub but the question arises how loud you wanna play.

2+2 ohms can either be wired @ 1ohm or 4 ohms or there are other ways also.

If we consider a 4 channel amp and a DVC sub there are 3 possibilities...

as loud & low it can go ..

tell me LBM ( bhai ) what you suggest

@ frankmehta for time being 15inch sub will be played through JBL1004 and i think that you update me that it produces 350rms @ 4 ohms , it is sufficient for woofer running in , what say?..

Search for mono is going on and that will be surely the next upgrade!!

Well 3 ways are possible but chirag is using 1004 to power the compos too.

KK 3rd way is just like maverick555 setup. In which channels are bridged and each coils is powered by bridged channel.

huh ? Specs says:
3 channel mode: 2 x 100W RMS Components + 200W RMS for sub
