@Chiragh_bir, if you are apprehensive of misdirected comments on your install, just ask for the thread to be locked and unlocked when you want.

Very noble and wise thoughts, one must say.

you can make a custom ventilated area for your amp near the spare wheel. dunno how much one can do in a getz. also, the 1004 can be fitted ON the spare wheel cover?

If you look carefully , the one in KPZEN's ride is also on the back seat.
Otherwise you can flush mount it in the sides. If there is some space.
Or by putting a MDF board and mounting on that like. :

abhinav, yaar teri pari DEVIL se bhi badi hai! the boot accomodates too much man :-)
poor getz wont be able to fit 1004 on the sides without extreme modification..

Woh to hai Doc.
He can do it on the rear seat or a flush mount.

Like

The boot mat. -> Put the amp. -> Create a MDF type thing done by Gunbir in his installs -> Glass covering the amp.

Why are you against installing it on the back seat?
I think it is the best location for the 1004 in the getz.

Install it on the seat. then make a frame of MDF OVER the amp. The frame will be away from the amp by 1/2 inch. Cover this frame with a black cloth.

Getz rear seat is double fold so you need to have some techie wiring install so that even after mounting the amps the seats should double fold,if you use the rear seat folding option then its a bad idea to install over it.The best is you can install it on one of the side on a MDF board.

yeah you right franky!!

ramiee bro some pics will be appreciated

abhinav.. you are right kp has it on back seat.. i have to seriously sit down and think about how to mount amp on side pannels .
75.4 can easily be mounted on side pannels ( saw in one of the threads) but donno about 1004..

arpan your idea is also not bad but i have to make ported cover so that air keeps on passing and amp doesn't overheat !!
