I dont see a need for an DVD + LCD unit unless you are into long drives.
Stick to any of the options mentioned above which suits your listening preference.

If you still need a DVD HU there are many options starting from around 10K for a decent HU from Pioneer/ JVC (Grey Market Price).

You are from TVM, try out the shops in tvm for exact prices.

If you want a normal DVD with no screen, its better to go for a single DIN dvd .

Pioneer had one in the 12k range 2 years back.
Not sure of ones available now.

Damping will always make things better. Noise kill will be a VFM option costing Rs 150 / sq ft. 20 sqft will be more than enough for the front doors.

It will be very difficult to source it in TVM.

Got a quote for rs-30K from an accessory shop.
HU - pio 5190U - 11k with B&w.
compo - polk audio - 6.5k
rear -- JBL 938
Sub -- JBL
amp - blaupunk gt4
He told that good quality normal wire is ok.
Is this a good quote

Please advice.

Hi...

As you are asked for good ICE which plays all ranges with good SQ level,
I would suggest...

Pioneer-5050=priced at 7000/-(Grey price)
audible dynamics(ad)- C 600C component
audible dynamics(ad)- C 6903
kenwood Amp KCH-6403=Priced at 3750/-(Grey price)
audible dynamics(ad)-B 124-SVC
