Default Have a look at this International BMW Install!

I had a look at this install, and its documentation and implementation just blew my socks off! This is something! Absolutely worth your while and spread over several pages.

Mods, I dont know if a link to another car forum is allowed here. So please delete or move this if I have broken any rules. Just wanted everyone to see the class of workmanship and dedication to car audio by a few people abroad!

That's one hell of a engine I have come across in recent times. Simply Stunning. Great Craftmanship. But, feel the CF work is overdone. I suppose doing it with CF and chrome combo would have looked lovely.

WOWOWOWO! What an install! And to think that he has done most of the crafting by himself and also innovated a lot!

That guy surely knows how to get things done!

Reminds me of that computer case DIY by a dude with his own CNC machine. It was beyond crazy. What do you do when you can create anything you imagine out of aluminium billets? You build crazy, crazy, stuff.

Apologies for the double post. But...

Old?!? In what sense?

saw the complete thread in one go, man he is a magician, by far the best DIY job i have seen in the car. not only the audio but what he did with front bumper and disk brakes. his fabricated parts looks better than OEM part lol .....

Fantabulous.
Not only the ICE part.
Even the body parts, the bumper.

Do not like the brakes though.
Loved the Centre Armrest concept.

Excellent link Doc.

That's a great thread with each aspect of the install documented really well. That guy has some serious skills with Aluminium & CF!

Not to take away from the beautiful install and the hours he's toiled over it, but I just can't get over that fact that it has been almost a year, and he is still concerned more with the presentation, than with the sound. He hasn't hooked-up the ICE and listened to music yet.
