Can someone tell me what is it for a Baleno? I am planning to fit one. But then I had to face the question "How many inches?"

I don't think so. I think it's 6" front and rear.

The Viva has 5.25" front and rear.

You want to put it behind or in front.

Anyway, both will take 6.5".

That makes the Spark LS/ LT similar to the Indigo Marina with the exception that the Indigo has an additional set of speaker locations in the doors, of 5.25" size.

But all of them have the standard 4 inch front location for Speakers.

some more enquiries revealed that the rear speaker brackets + parcel shelf are available for the PS and below , but as a 4k option. Not worth it IMO.

@ technocrat.I'd mentioned that in the first post

I think rear location in Spark takes smaller ovals - something like 4x6. But I used parcel shelf to fit 6" speakers.

yup, i couldnt make it out either. i groped the location from underneath, but it seemed oval-ish, but wasnt sure. they might be 4x6's, but 6x9's in the rear parcel tray would be the easiest way to go

Don't know if it was lack of competence on the part of my original installer. But metal had to be cut/bent for the front doors as well as the parcel tray, to accomodate the EL 6.5"s, in my Baleno.

This is inspite of using around 2x1cm spacer rings for each door. The rears were mounted on the stock thin board. Maybe with a custom made thicker board, the metal below the board might have escaped cutting-shutting.

Unlike the rear door of the smaller Swift the Dzire does not have provision to fit speakers on the rear door.
Fixing 6'6" looks like a tough job on Dzire. The stock location in front door can fix only 5'1/4". If you had fixed 6'6" please post some pictures of the same. Wish to see those spacer rings you mentioned in action.
