My bad. I assumed the cost of the PAC interface and Dash kits forthe ANHC and SX4 would be about the same.

GT5 is a lower series compared to GTO. I guess there is a new model that is released of GTO. Also you can get 608C from other shops. There is a finite possibility that there will be stock available.

Exclamation why not the OE Spare ???

One Question to all: Why are people not buying the Dash Kits directly from Maruti Service stations. I myself have an SX4 ZXI and with the intention of getting a 2din Touch screen head unit in the future I bought one Dash Kit directly from the service station.

The guys did NOT have the Dash Kit in stock, so I went through their SX4 parts catalogue and after about 15 minutes of searching through the pages containing the dis-mantled dashboard I was able to tell him the stuff to order.

The Kit is in 2 parts one is metal tuner/stereo bracket and the other one is a black coloured garnish for the dash-board. The Kit came in from Maruti in 4 working days And it Cost me an Astonishingly Low Rs: 205/- (Including all taxes).

P.S.: There were no labour charges, as the kit was not installed only purchased for future use, as & when my wallet gets fatter

As long as you ready to spend 14k on the player, I think you can do a lot better than Sony.

If you would like to retain the stock HU look, that also is fine, the OE HU on the SX4, Swift do come with one RC out, hence you can hook up an amp. The Stock HU sounds outright crappy, so an amp will make things a lot better which speaker in the stock locations. Subwoofer is an option as long as one needs it according to their listening preferences.

But which ever installer told you that the SX4 nippon stock HU sounds good on it's own does not know what he is talking
