Take one cable from A+ and another cable from A-(the last one) and join it to one coil, repeat the same from channel B and you are done.
Guru's kindly clear if i am right.

Hi,
Sorry for bumping in again after a long time and reactivating the thread!
I would like to know if i can power 2 single coil subwoofer's from the same amplifier (pioneer gm-x374 4 channel) ? If i can, what will be the advantages and disadvantages? How to do the bridging? Any pictorial demonstration would be appreciated regarding bridging.
Thank you..

Unhappy Re: best subwoofer for my old pioneer amp

So many days, still no suggestions? will connecting one more sub-woofer to my pioneer 4 channel amp provide more punch than single woofer? is connecting them advisable?

Well, adding another sub will not improve the punch. Whether there will be punch or not is a sub's inherent property - does not change by adding another one.

Since adding another sub doubles the area moving air, (assuming enough power is available to drive both subs well) the bass will be louder.

Absolutely however adding a 2nd sub means less excusrion (for a given SPL) per sub. less excursion means less distortion.

Which means it would add another 3db to same given output that would be used on single subwoofer.

3db difference is barely noticeable @ 100Hz where the ear is not as sensitive as it is between 300 and 3000hz but the reduced distortion is very noticeable as excursion is halved for same SPL.
