Is it possible to fit in Dual 10" IDv3 within 20-22K budget?

I am finalizing within these two only

Good choice. 2 of these will be more efficient compared to single sub. You can get in touch with BBW directly, I suppose they do sell directly and can offer some discount on it. You should be able to get it in 22K. You will need ID10v3 2 ohm subs. 2 of them will need to be wired in series than connect them parallel, get an enclosure with .45-.5 cu.ft for each sub and you are all set to play.

if you have someone coming down from the US, ask him to carry it for you. They are dirt cheap in US.

ID Q costs $ 150 shipped. One more model for $ 80 shipped.

If you geting a 4ohm DVC now that can run at 2ohms, but if you another 4ohm DVC in future, you will be able to run the 2 subs at only 4ohm load and not 2ohm in that case. And I guess your amp does 500 at 2ohms in which case you may not be extract all the power out of it.

I suggest get a 12" IDV3 right now and may sell that in future and get 2 ID10

The DLS sub is DLS Reference RW12. One of my installer friends recommended the Bostons over the DLS though. Go the US route and try either of the ones below.

JL Audio 12W3v3-2
Boston Acoustics G112-44
Boston Acoustics G212-44
Boston Acoustics G312-44

As per the specs, it's difficult for DLS to go as low as the ID subs in sealed. ID's can go low in 10's. DLS works fantasticly in a ported enclosure though.

All these are too low-budget if carried in from abroad.
