Default Will Boss BV9555 fit Innova?

Hi...

My sister is returning from US next week. I had been asking her to buy a 2 DIN player for my Innova. She has ordered Boss BV9555 in amazon.com. Now, would this fit in my Innova. Here is the link Amazon.com: Boss BV9555 7-Inch Double-DIN Motorized In-Dash Widescreen Touchscreen TFT Monitor/DVD/MP3/CD Combo…

If it does not fit, is it possible to cancel the order and which one to get.

I can't tell you if it will fit but I hope you are aware that Boss isn't exactly know for making good quality ICE.

The system looks good with all the functionalities, it will certainly fit the Innova's Dash. I've got a similar one placed on sale in the classifieds section.

Why are you guys scaring @archish? Kya yaar, the Boss has already been bought, and instead of celebrating with him, all of you are pooh-poohing fulfilment of his long standing wish.

Baba @archish, go ahead and install the Boss and don't let worry spoil your enjoyment. Just pray that if and when it does fail (even known brands fail ), you would have sold the car before that. Otherwise at this price, even if this one fails you can get another one and still have solace that you saved money as compared to buying a 2DIN unit in India!

Well BOSS is not considered to be a great name in audio. However since your sister has already purchased it we suggest you use it and enjoy it for as long at it lasts. It can last for manhy a year but with BOSS there are just no gurantees and expereince has proved that their products have iffy QC and hence erratic life spans.

If you are lucky enough to have a product that perfroms well we'd only be glad but if and whenit does die dont try to repair it just replace it with something from Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood etc..
