Team-BHP - ICE Upgrade for Swift

I had bought these on Jan 2008 with zero knowledge of ICE from Poona Motors (still a n00b regarding car audio) :

Now i want to upgrade the system and only thing i want to keep is the HU.
I mostly listen to Rock, Ambient and psytrance and would like a little more kick in the sound. I dont like bajaaoing while driving but i want good quality speakers with overall performance and like i said a performer in the low frequencies.
Also please suggest me something for this Swift rattling issue, i do take the volume above 35 sometimes but good lord the rattling on the panels ruins the experience, will damping solve this issue ? because i am contemplating removing the front speaker entirely.
Now for the budget , i am willing to spend arnd 10k apart from the money i will get if i sell these or if i trade them in, please be free to go another max 3-4k above this budget to recommend if at all something really impressive is available at the budget.

Also if there's anyone from Pune, please do recommend me a good place for installation etc cause i think my system is running on crappy cables, etc
